Wolverhampton Wanderers have confirmed the signing of Comoros international winger Rafiki Said from Belgian club Standard Liege for an undisclosed fee. The 26-year-old has penned a three-year deal at Molineux, with the option of a further 12 months.
Said becomes new head coach Cesar Peixoto's first signing and is the third player to join the club in this transfer window, following Kieran Trippier and Raul Jimenez.

Said's Background
The left winger scored eight goals and provided five assists in 37 appearances during his sole season in the Belgian top flight. He made his senior debut with French club Brest in September 2021 and had spells with Nimes and Troyes before moving to Belgium last summer.
On the international stage, Said has netted eight times in 21 appearances for Comoros and played every minute of their Africa Cup of Nations campaign last December, where he captained the side in his most recent outing.
