Al-Hilal have joined the chase for Fikayo Tomori, but their reported offer of €12-13 million falls well short of AC Milan's €20m valuation, according to reports from Italy.
The Valuation Gap
Calciomercato. com via MilanNews24 (Football Italia) states that the Saudi Pro League club identified the England defender as a target, yet the figures floated from Riyadh are significantly lower than what the Rossoneri consider acceptable. Milan remain firm on their asking price, which would comfortably avoid any capital loss given the player's residual book value of just €5.7 million.
Why Tomori Is Leaving
Tomori's future at Milan has been uncertain since the arrival of Mario Gila from Lazio reshaped the defensive pecking order. With his contract expiring in 2027 and no renewal on the table, a summer sale increasingly appears to be the logical outcome. Tomori himself is understood to have accepted that regular first-team football lies elsewhere.
Premier League Preference
The 28-year-old would reportedly favour a return to the Premier League, but interest from England has so far been limited to exploratory contacts rather than concrete proposals. Juventus, who have long admired the former Chelsea man, have also been linked but are yet to formalise their interest.
Asking Price: €20m
Al-Hilal Offer: €12-13m
Residual Book Value: €5.7m
Contract Expiry: 2027
With Al-Hilal currently unwilling to meet the demands and no English suitor stepping forward decisively, Tomori's situation remains unresolved—but all signs point towards a departure from the Serie A club this summer.
