Weather Radar is a live-radar and real-time safety project run by Kai Chartres. The idea is simple: watch the sky closely, read the radar as it moves, and turn fast-changing conditions into plain, timely heads-ups — so you can act before a storm, not after.
I’m a dedicated weather watcher and radar tracker, not a government agency or a TV station. What I do is keep an eye on developing weather and share what it means for the people in its path, in language anyone can use under pressure.
What you’ll find here
- Live radar reads and “what to do now” updates as conditions change
- Severe-weather safety you can act on in seconds
- Straight pointers to the official warnings that matter
Because this is independent tracking, it is never a substitute for official warnings. For watches and warnings, always follow the National Weather Service. See the Weather Disclaimer, the Severe Weather Safety guide and Radar & Resources.
